This easy-to-make sauce is delicious drizzled on steamed or sautéed vegetables, whole grains, or as a spread on whole grain bread with roasted red peppers, onion and lettuce or sprouts.

6 T raw tahini
5 T fresh lemon juice
¼-½ C pure water
3 cloves of garlic, pressed
sea salt to taste

In a small bowl mix tahini and lemon, and slowly stir in water until mixture is well blended. Squeeze garlic through press into mixture, continue to mix, adding sea salt to taste.
