Have You Ever Made Your Own Toothpaste?
This year I am striving to use more natural products in my home, especially when it comes to makeup and toiletries. Did you know that your skin is your largest organ? We often fail to recognize that everything that we put on our skin is absorbed into the bloodstream – including chemicals and toxins.
Have you stopped to consider your toothpaste lately? Toothpaste can contain artificial sweeteners and colorings just like processed food. Yuck! Try this recipe for making your own. You’ll feel better each morning and night when you brush as you know everything you’re putting in your mouth is organic, natural, and safe. Try this with your kids, too – they won’t know the difference!
