Kidney Cleansing

Kidney cleansing is an essential part of health maintenance. The body is made up of almost 80% water, so the kidneys play an important role in the daily health of our bodies. If you drink little to no pure water, you are doing your kidneys a great disservice. It takes sufficient liquid to keep the inside of your body clean. Drinking vegetable juice or herbal teas gives additional benefits, though does not take the place of sufficient water consumption. Kidney Cleansing protocols almost always involve herbs and/or nutritional support that are known to help flush and draw out toxins in the kidneys and adrenal glands. Keeping the kidneys functioning at their best can help retard degenerative diseases such as cancer and may help prevent future specific problems of the kidneys.

Kidney tubes should be cleared of pathogens, heavy metals, crystals (mineral deposits), and stones. Kidney stones are the perfect place for bacteria, solvents, heavy metals, and parasites to accumulate. Not all kidney stones are visible thru X-ray. If you have kidney stones you most likely also have gallstones, so both liver and kidney cleansing may be done when stones are suspected. Some signs that you may have kidney trouble are: frequent urination, pains in the lower back, urinating multiple times during sleeping hours, urinary tract infections, and abnormal skin conditions.
