Quality Protein

Quality protein refers to organic sources of animal flesh foods such as red meat, poultry, bison meat and small wild caught fish. Whole grains, beans and legumes, raw nuts and seeds, raw dairy products, vegetables and sea vegetables are also sources of quality protein. When purchasing quality protein, choose organic, kosher animal products and the highest quality organic foods available.
