Refined Sugar

Refined sugar is a poison because it has been depleted of its life force, vitamins and minerals. Refined sugar is lethal when ingested by humans because it lacks in natural minerals and because its digestion, detoxification and elimination make a huge demand on our entire system, thereby draining and leaching the body of precious vitamins and minerals. Sugar, when taken every day, produces a continuously over-acid condition, and more and more minerals are required from the body’s reserves in the attempt to rectify the imbalance. Additionally, in order to protect the blood, calcium is taken from the bones and teeth resulting in decay and general weakening.
