Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage (which is a proper name, not a reference to Sweden) refers to a collection of strokes designed primarily to relax tight muscles by applying pressure over muscles and against deeper muscles and bones. Friction is reduced by using oil or lotion. Swedish Massage can relax muscles, increase circulation, remove metabolic waste products and can help you obtain a feeling of connectedness and body awareness.
