Thousand Island Salad Dressing


Kids love this. It’s not only good with salad, but also with fish, eggs, or potatoes. Use all organic ingredients to update this comfort food to a healthy version.

1 Cmayonnaise or nayonnaise (non-egg mayonnaise)
¼ Cketchup
2 Tdill pickle, minced
1 Tred pepper, chopped
1 Tonion or chives, minced
1egg, hard-boiled, chopped
2 Tfresh parsley, chopped
1 clovegarlic, minced
1 pinchcayenne or chili powder
sea salt and fresh ground pepper
Combine all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use.
