Thousand Island Salad Dressing
Kids love this. It’s not only good with salad, but also with fish, eggs, or potatoes. Use all organic ingredients to update this comfort food to a healthy version.

1 C | mayonnaise or nayonnaise (non-egg mayonnaise) | |
¼ C | ketchup | |
2 T | dill pickle, minced | |
1 T | red pepper, chopped | |
1 T | onion or chives, minced | |
1 | egg, hard-boiled, chopped | |
2 T | fresh parsley, chopped | |
1 clove | garlic, minced | |
1 pinch | cayenne or chili powder | |
sea salt and fresh ground pepper | ||
Directions | ||
Combine all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use. |
